wellness & recovery therapy

Welcome...

You are most likely here because you are seeking help for yourself or a loved one.  Taking your situation seriously and asking for support brings you one step closer to finding solutions and overcoming your current challenges. In the process of therapy, you will develop the strengths you need to cope with difficult times.  As a marriage and family therapist, my goal is to guide you in discovering your true potential in leading a life that is healthy and fulfilling.

Most people find themselves in need of extra support during painful situations in their lives.  Finding a therapist who is non-judgmental, knowledgeable, and supportive can lead to new perspectives that will ultimately help you repair painful unresolved conflicts within yourself and with others.  We will work together to better understand and resolve the obstacles in your life.  There may be long standing chronic problems you have struggled with for years, such as depression, anxiety, addictions, or compulsions.  Or you may be experiencing something that is more recent, like a relationship or work issue, a difficult time with your child or teen, or the death of a loved one.   Using various therapy approaches and techniques, we will uncover ongoing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may contribute to your current challenges and hold you back from experiencing a more meaningful life.

Please call or email me today so we can discuss your needs and look at the next step in your path of wellness.
